Every now and then we like to post a story that has absolutely nothing to do with being a celebrity or sorting through the insanity that is Hollywood.

This week, we decided to post a couple of videos of something we all wish we could see one day.

The Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis.

This phenomenon is created when solar winds blow by the Earth’s poles and interact with the magnetic field surrounding the planet.

The Northern Lights are one of nature's most spectacular visual phenomena, and in these time lapse videos they provide a breathtaking display of light, shape, and color over the course of a single night.

Enjoy!
